Turns out it was a banksy
Sometimes I type in words into Google image search and see what comes up. Most of the time it is the usual stuff, but sometimes some neat things pop up that are unexpected. This picture came up recently with really no explanation as to why anyone would paint this on the side of a wall. I don't remember what I typed in Google to make this come up, but I am sure it wasn't "Rat Holding a Sign."
This picture is from a blogger in London who goes around the streets of London taking very random pictures of anything and everything.
